Roof Emulsion Coatings

Heat Reduction Emulsion Coat

Elastomeric Membrane Emulsion Coat
Elastomeric Membrane is a mastic positive water proofing which formulated based on elastomeric styrene acrylic polymer for exterior application. It is a high build elastomeric styrene acrylic based membrane developed for exterior use. It has good adhesion property which is able to seal the pores on the concrete to prevent further water penetration into the substrate. This makes the paint flexible, cracks bridging, alkaline and efflorescence resistance. It is also an environment-friendly green product.
Mineral Silicate Coat
Mineral silicate paints can be used for historic as well as modern structures. As it is an ultra-high vapor permeability paint, this makes it highly breathable keeping walls dry, preventing internal degradation caused by damp conditions, allowing structures to breathe as intended.

Epoxy Floor Coating
Epoxy floor coating is a self-smoothing epoxy resin floor finish applied at 1mm~2mm. It makes industrial floors dust free, chemicals resistance and abrasion resistance with glossy finishing and available in a wide range of attractive colours. It has near zero VOC, durable with good washability and mould resistance. Common application includes eco-sensitive commercial and residential areas with high frequency human traffic such as hospitals, schools, residential buildings and hotels.
Universal Polyurethane Floor Coating
PU Universal is a two component aromatic isocyanate cured polyurethane coating. A self-levelling product that leaves a seamless surface, it is also designed to be used as a waterproof membrane when applied as a mid coat. Specially designed in compliance with ASTM C957as part of the traffic deck system for areas with heavy duty traffic, ramps, car parks, parking bays, pedestrian walkways, and roof decks, it is flexible, and chemical, abrasion, chemical and slip resistant.
